(Aka, Kenneth Hagin Ministries) located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. They both have worked in children's ministry, youth ministry, and as ushers at Rhema Bible Church.

Pastor Roger retired from the United States Army in 1995. After serving his country for 23 years he has answered the call of God on his life to return to the military community fulfilling the Great Commission and teaching God’s people FAITH.

Pastors Roger and Velma are currently pastoring Soldiers Of Faith Family Church located in Lawton-Fort Sill ,OK. Roger and Velma have 4 children, Melodie (Carter) Roger Jr, Shyra(Lewis) and Rhalon. They also have 3 grandchildren
